Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Developer where you will leverage your expertise in Omnistudio and Salesforce Apex to drive impactful solutions. With 4 to 6 years of experience you will work in a hybrid model focusing on enhancing our systems and processes. Your contributions will support our mission to innovate and improve agency and broker administration making a significant impact on our business and society.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions using Omnistudio and Salesforce Apex to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Salesforce applications ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain system reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Document technical specifications and processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and development.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements and best practices applying new knowledge to improve existing solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Test and validate developed solutions ensuring they meet quality standards and function as intended in various scenarios.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members enhancing overall team performance and project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables ensuring timely completion of tasks and objectives.
  • Optimize system performance by identifying and implementing improvements enhancing user experience and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with agency and broker administration teams to understand domain-specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining the integrity and security of data.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Omnistudio and Salesforce Apex with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Advance enhancing system capabilities and user experience.
  • Experience in Agency/Broker Administration and Agency Relationship is a plus providing valuable domain insights.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
