This role involves assisting U.S. individuals with their annual personal income tax filings. Ideal candidates will have experience with Form 990 and a deep understanding of U.S. tax compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review U.S. Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)
  • File federal and state returns for individuals
  • Support clients with IRS letters or notices
  • Work with U.S. teams to gather documents and ensure timely filings
  • Use tax software such as GoSystem, Drake, CCH Axcess, or Lacerte

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 4–8 years of experience in U.S. Individual Taxation
  • Knowledge of Form 1040, state tax regulations, and foreign income rules
  • Exposure to: Form 990
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable with U.S. tax software and documentation
