Company Description FinloTax is a tax prep, bookkeeping & CFO business specializing in helping startups, small businesses, and high net worth individuals with tax and financial services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a US Tax Reviewer - Individual Tax at FinloTax in Bengaluru. The role involves reviewing and analyzing individual tax returns, interpreting tax laws, and providing tax advice to clients. The Tax Reviewer will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.Qualifications5 to 6 years of experience in preparation and reviewing form 1040 and necessary scheduleExperience in handling complex tax returns such as PFIC, RSU/ESPP/Stock OptionsExperience in handling Schedule C, D, rental incomes (Schedule E) and Schedule K1FBAR, FATCA and Form 5471 filingsSelf learning and research complex tax topicsNotice handling and prepare responses to IRS and respective state departmentsExperience in handling multi state tax returnsSupervise and train the tax preparersKnowledge of Tax Law and RegulationsExperience in handling complex Tax returnsSale of primary house and investment property computationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in Drake tax software is plusEA or relevant certification is a plus
