You will be part of an elite team that develops innovative solutions and tackles challenging design problemsAs a digital design R&D Engineer some of the key tasks areImproving Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) for the performance cores like GPU, AI, Modem and DDR Developing ML solutions (ECO and otherwise)  for faster and smarter timing closure for the SoC Use of Big-Data/ML/Analytics in digital design to guide better design choices, improve convergence times with better PPA metrics Required Skills Working knowledge inDigital VLSI implementation (netlist to GDS)STAPower Distribution Network (PDN)Familiarity and understanding of ML algorithms and techniques.Hands on experience with EDA tools (Primetime, ICC2, Innovus, Tempus, etc.)Coding with Python, TCLExpected Experience: 5 – 12 years of relevant industry experience Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
