We're expanding our on-ground team for a flagship project near
Doddaballapura (Bangalore Rural)
and are looking for passionate individuals to join us:

Project Site Manager – Full-Time

Location:
Doddaballapura, Bangalore Rural (On-site)

Start Date:
Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate on-site execution of regenerative land projects (5–20 acres)
  • Oversee
    initial plantations
    , soil preparation, irrigation setup, and native species maintenance
  • Manage
    water systems, basic power infrastructure, and site logistics
  • Coordinate with architects, ecologists, farmers, and other team members
  • Track progress, manage materials and workforce, and ensure quality and timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Forestry, Civil Engineering, or related fields
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work directly on the land
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with plantation drives, irrigation systems, or site execution is a plus

45-Day Paid Field Internship – Agriculture, Biotech & Allied Fields

Location:
Doddaballapura, Bangalore Rural (On-site, Residential)

Duration:
45 days

Eligibility:
B.Sc. students or recent graduates in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Forestry, or related fields

What You'll Do:

  • Work hands-on with
    initial plantations
    , soil health preparation, and native species care
  • Assist with
    water management, irrigation planning, and basic power systems
    for regenerative projects
  • Support biodiversity documentation, soil and water data collection, and agro-ecological research
  • Contribute to development of our
    True Traceability Platform
    and ecosystem dashboards
