What You'll Do

  • Edit, refine, and produce videos that grab attention and drive engagement.
  • Work across a range of projects - brand films, marketing videos, explainers, and podcasts.
  • Edit and design podcast visuals from our state-of-the-art studio.
  • Use GenAI tools to elevate creative workflows and push production boundaries.
  • Maintain creative precision while moving at startup speed.
  • Collaborate closely with design, creative, and production teams to bring stories to life.
  • Ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand voice and tone.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience in a creative agency or production setup.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, or similar is a must.
  • Strong sense of motion graphics, sound design, visual story-telling, and platform-specific formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and evolving creative directions.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for doing things differently.
