Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety audits at site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of statutory regulations related to industrial safety.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective safety management systems (SMS) for MEP projects.
  • Provide training on safety procedures and best practices to employees, contractors, and visitors at the site.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001:2018 standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in MEP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE principles, risk assessments, incident investigation, emergency response planning, etc.
