Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Short-term Dairy Consultant, located in Delhi, India. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing dairy operations, providing expert recommendations, developing strategic plans, and supporting their implementation. Daily responsibilities include assessing operational processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, preparing reports, and collaborating with clients to ensure effective solutions align with their needs and objectives. The consultant will play a vital role in delivering high-impact results in alignment with Auric Consulting's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Dairy Industry operations, including knowledge of procurement, production processes, and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in conducting thorough research, data analysis, and operational assessments to deliver actionable insights.
  • Skills in project management, strategic planning, and change management for designing and implementing innovative business solutions.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports, financial models, and business plans, showcasing strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in consulting or working within agriculture, food, or dairy sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Dairy Science, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
