We are an AI coaching and training company helping organizations, teams, and educators use generative AI tools to improve how they work. Through high-impact, offline workshops and guided learning experiences, we help participants build practical AI capabilities aligned to their day-to-day workflows.

We're growing and looking for someone who can run the show behind the scenes - coordinating programs, managing the learner experience, and making sure every workshop is smooth, on time, and professional.



Requirements Responsibilities

Program Operations

  • Coordinate offline training workshops - venue booking, check-ins, attendance, materials, etc.

  • Communicate with leads and participants via WhatsApp/email (before and after sessions)

  • Manage sign-ups, payments, and session logistics

  • Create basic trackers (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.) for participant progress

Learner Experience

  • Share pre-reads, assignments, follow-up tests, and certificates

  • Track attendance and submissions

  • Manage a WhatsApp broadcast group or learner community

Content & Website Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and in-house content teams

  • Help maintain the program website or landing pages

  • Curate testimonials and feedback from participants

Back-End Support

  • Collaborate with freelancers and internal team members to run programs end-to-end

  • Document workflows and processes for repeatability


What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years experience in training operations, L&D coordination, edtech, or event management

  • Experience working in offline programs, workshops, or cohort-based learning preferred

  • Strong execution skills - someone who gets things done, solves problems on the ground, and keeps programs running without a hitch

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and willing to learn AI tools

  • Based in Mumbai and open to working from our office in Andheri West

  • Bonus: Familiarity with learning design, basic SEO, or CRM/automation tools
