Program Director - Education Innovation

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the execution of large-scale educational programs from launch to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of academic programs across multiple cohorts and partners, ensuring seamless execution of live classes, assessments, and certification processes.
  • Monitor learner journey from enrollment to completion, setting up frameworks for grievance redressal, escalation handling, and first-contact resolution.
  • Oversee scheduling, faculty coordination, content delivery, and learner engagement, driving interventions to improve outcomes.
  • Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, presenting dashboards and progress reports.
  • Implement process improvements, standardizing workflows to ensure consistency across programs, and identify gaps in delivery for corrective action.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for program health, generate reports with actionable insights, and monitor efficiency using tools such as SQL, GA, Freshdesk, and JIRA.
