About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced & freshers Agricultural Advisor who can guide farmers in improving their farming techniques. You will provide on-call support to assess farming practices and recommend practical solutions to boost crop productivity and optimize resource use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on crop selection, planting techniques, irrigation, fertilizers, and pest management.
  • Support farmers in planning sustainable and efficient farm management practices.
  • Promote methods that save resources and protect the environment.
  • Conduct field visits and prepare actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in farming or agricultural consultancy
  • Strong understanding of crops, soil health, and pest control
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and ability to work with diverse communities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
