Job Title: Agricultural Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Agricultural Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will offer expert guidance to farmers, evaluating current agricultural practices and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also recommend tailored product solutions to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise farmers on best practices related to crop selection, planting methods, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease control, and overall agricultural production.
  • Support farmers in creating and executing farm management plans that boost productivity, reduce environmental impact, and promote long-term sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in an advisory role.
  • Strong expertise in crop production, soil science, and integrated pest management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using standard computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
