Role & responsibilities

  • Handle contract labour attendance, deployment, and record keeping.
  • Supervise security staff and make sure daily reports are submitted on time.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records for all employees and contract workers.
  • Prepare PF, ESIC, and other statutory challans and make sure all legal compliances are met.
  • Take care of labour law-related documentation, returns, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development activities and keep related records updated.
  • Help in internal and external audits by maintaining proper HR files and documents.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining ISO and QMS documents related to HR and admin.
  • Keep employee personal files, induction records, and statutory registers in order.
  • Support overall HR and admin work during the setup of the new company.
  • Work with other departments for manpower planning, hiring, and onboarding of employees.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in a manufacturing or medical devices company.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and ISO documentation.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
