About Filmbaker:

Filmbaker is a creative video and content production agency that partners with brands to craft impactful visual stories through films, digital content, and experiential campaigns. We collaborate closely with marketing teams and agencies to bring ideas to life — from concept to final delivery — across diverse industries and platforms.

We're looking for a dynamic professional from an Event Sales / Event BD background — someone with a strong network in the event and experiential marketing industry, and a proven track record in driving business growth and managing end-to-end event projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities in the event and experiential marketing space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Conceptualize and pitch event ideas, proposals, and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and production teams for smooth project execution.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Strong network and connections within the event and brand ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Location: Bengaluru (open to discuss remote flexibility for the right candidate)

Compensation: No bar for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
