Summary:

We are seeking a
Data Enrichment Team Lead
to oversee operations across Matching, Branding, Custom Categorisation, and Product Data functions. This role combines team leadership, operational oversight, and data quality management, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of enriched data aligned with client objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, advanced Excel expertise, and a solid background in data operations, eCommerce, or digital product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Data Enrichment & QA Administrators, including recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee daily operations, task allocation, and capacity planning to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and adherence to enrichment standards.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues, blockers, and client concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Customer Support) for smooth delivery.
  • Track and report on team performance, quality metrics, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in data operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in
    team leadership/people management
    within data operations or digital content.
  • Strong knowledge of
    eCommerce product data & enrichment processes
    .
  • Advanced
    Excel/data handling
    skills (pivot tables, formulas, data structuring).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
