Job Description: Legal Executive (Litigation)

• Need to Represent before Courts like Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, Consumer Forum's and Law Enforcement Authorities like CBI, ED,
• Need to prepare Legal Notices, Replies, Written Statement(s) and maintain the same in the MIS Format.
• Need to manage the MIS Data and provide the real time update to the Head office in the matter which he appeared.
• Need to provide accurate advice based on the requirements of the organization. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for business.
• Advise management concerning business transactions, claim liability, the advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Documentation is mandatory for any department, especially (LEGAL & CONTRACTS), in the organization. Need to preserve all the documents within the department, courts records, etc.
• Need to concentrate on LEGAL RESEARCH / CITATIONS, etc.
• Look closely into every transaction; identify risk prone areas and mitigating every possible risk by designing processes that would address potentially risky environments.
• Conciliate strained customer / vendor relationships and negotiate for a non-litigating positive outcome.
• Work collaboratively with the key departments namely Operations, Sales and Branch.
