Job Description

Fenton Technologies Private Limited is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in E-commerce accounting, especially working with platforms like Flipkart and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales invoices and maintain proper invoice records
  • Perform accurate Tally entries for sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
  • Prepare and assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
  • Handle E-commerce accounting, including invoice entry, returns, cancellations, and settlement reconciliation (Flipkart, Amazon)
  • Reconcile bank statements and e-commerce payment reports
  • Properly maintain Balance Sheet
  • Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) Reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
  • 1–4 years of total accounting experience
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce accounting
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally (ERP)
  • Good understanding of GST compliance and returns
  • Experience in handling Flipkart & Amazon invoices and settlements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in managing high-volume invoicing
  • Familiar with e-commerce commissions, deductions, and settlement cycles
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly closing deadlines
