Role Summary:

The Telesales Agent is responsible for making outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups, EMI reminders, customer verification, and service support, while updating all call outcomes accurately in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for EMI reminders, payment follow-ups, and service communication.
  • Share payment details/QR codes via WhatsApp or SMS when required.
  • Verify customer information and escalate fraud or discrepancy cases to the investigation team.
  • Update call remarks, commitments, and outcomes in the system after every call.
  • Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional conduct at all times.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Minimum 10th pass. 12th pass/Graduate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (regional language preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to enter data.
  • Ability to use/make updates on excel and google sheets

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Sat (930 am to 630 pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
