Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update daily financial records including income, expenses, and balance sheets.

* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements for healthcare operations.

* Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and staff payroll on time.

* Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.

* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements.

* Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

* Provide monthly/quarterly reports to management with financial analysis.

* Maintain confidentiality of organizational financial data.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).

* Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Accountant.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, and MS Excel.

* Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and insurance processes.

* Good understanding of tax compliance, GST, and statutory regulations.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Skills:

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.

* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP).

* Knowledge of healthcare finance operations (billing, claims, reimbursements).

* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
