AI/ML/NLP Expert – Remote (3-Month Contract)

Job Type: Contract (3 Months)

Location: Remote

Compensation: ₹50,000 INR per month

Working Hours: Flexible (must be available for periodic sync-ups)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML/NLP Expert to join our team on a short-term remote contract. You will help us build and optimize AI-powered solutions with a focus on natural language processing. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can independently deliver high-quality models and solutions within a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop machine learning and NLP models for real-world applications.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/evaluation.

Implement NLP techniques such as:

Text classification

Sentiment analysis

Named Entity Recognition (NER)

Topic modeling

Text summarization

Collaborate with team members via online tools to align on project goals and deliverables.

Deploy and test models (proof of concept or production-level as needed).

Document methodologies and provide recommendations based on model performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–5 years of experience in AI/ML and Natural Language Processing.

Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML/NLP libraries:

e.g., scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Experience working with real-world text datasets and building NLP pipelines.

Understanding of core ML concepts: classification, regression, clustering, evaluation metrics.

Experience with REST APIs or deploying models in remote/production environments (preferred).

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Good communication skills for remote collaboration.

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, or model deployment pipelines.

Previous freelance/remote contract experience.
