Specific Tasks

Daily Dispatch Reporting

· Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports.

· Update records in software/excel as per dispatch team inputs

Payment Processing & Entries

· Enter payment details in accounting system/software.

· Maintain records of customer/vendor payments for reconciliation.

Sales Invoice Management

· Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.

· Maintain proper records of all sales invoices.

· Coordinate with the sales team to verify sales order details before billing.

GST RCM Billing Entry

· Accurately record Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) related GST bills.

· Assist the accounts team in GST-related data preparation.

Bill Collection Entry

· Record collection of bills from vendors.

· Keep track of pending and completed collections.

Filing & Documentation

· Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and documents (both soft and hard copy).

· Ensure easy retrieval of records when required.

Monthly Data Sheet Preparation

· Prepare monthly MIS/data sheets as per management requirements.

· Support in generating basic reports from recorded data.

Other Support Work

· Assist accounts/admin team in routine clerical tasks.

· Perform any other data entry or office support work as assigned.

Job knowledge, skills, and experience:

Qualification

· 0–2 years of experience in data entry/accounts support (freshers can apply).

Skills

· Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.

· Basic knowledge of accounting entries and GST (preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry software.

· Good organizational and filing skills.

· Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
