We are hiring an Office Administrator who can manage documentation, purchase orders, AMC quotations, payment follow-ups, and is comfortable using Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Mail, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Create & manage purchase orders, work orders, quotation formats, AMC proposals, and documentation.
  • Make payment follow-ups, collection entries, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records, Excel sheets, data entry, emails, and filing.
  • Work on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Mail / or willing to learn quickly.
  • Support management in daily office operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration or back-office work.
  • Basic knowledge of purchase entries, billing, and documentation.
  • Familiar with Zoho CRM / Zoho Books / or any ERP software (preferred).
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Email drafting, data entry).
  • Organized, responsible, and good at follow-ups.
