Role Overview
As a
Sales Specialist
at TAC, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential learners. You will serve as the first point of contact, understand the career pain points of students, and position TAC's programs as the best solution to achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various online and offline channels, and convert them into enrollments.
- Conduct counseling sessions with potential students to understand their needs and aspirations.
- Present TAC's courses as the ideal solution to bridge their skill gap and secure better career opportunities.
- Manage and nurture leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns that boost conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status in CRM tools.
- Build strong student relationships by providing pre and post-enrollment support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or counseling (preferably in EdTech/education industry).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand student pain points and present solutions effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms.
- Passion for education, skill development, and helping students succeed.
