Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate
Fashion Styling Intern
who loves fashion, understands aesthetics, and enjoys curating looks for diverse occasions. This role is hands-on and store-facing, where you will support the styling team in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Balewadi store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their occasion, fit, colour preferences, and style goals.
  • Curate complete looks with garments, accessories, and footwear to enhance customer experience.
  • Support visual merchandising: arranging outfits, maintaining display sections, and refreshing mannequins.
  • Participate in outfit trials, measurements, and minimal alteration support.
  • Prepare styling racks for bridal, groom, bridesmaids, and event clients.
  • Coordinate with the store team for inventory availability and outfit readiness.
  • Maintain the hygiene, organisation, and presentation of styling rooms and trial sections.
  • Capture customer styling feedback to improve styling recommendations and store experience.
  • Help the team on the floor with pick-up and return preparations, ensuring outfits are properly checked, steamed, and ready.
  • Support daily operations including checklists, outfit prep, and packaging when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a Fashion Styling / Fashion Design / Image Consulting course.
  • Strong sense of style, colour theory, and outfit coordination.
  • Good communication and people-interaction skills.
  • Basic knowledge of measurements and body types.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Aesthetic sense for basic organisation and presentation.
