About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic Business Development Executive
to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about engaging with decision-makers, identifying business challenges, and aligning them with
WebMobril's IT services, SaaS, and tech solutions
.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume
outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
to generate leads. - Qualify leads by understanding business challenges and mapping them to WebMobril's offerings.
- Execute
cold calling campaigns
targeting IT services, SaaS, and tech decision-makers. - Identify key stakeholders including
decision-makers, influencers, and end-users
. - Manage and update CRM (
Clidex
) with accurate records, context, and stakeholder mapping. - Collaborate with
Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success
teams for smooth handovers. - Consistently achieve or exceed
SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and pipeline growth targets
. - Use modern
sales automation tools
to track, optimize, and enhance outreach efforts.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales (IT/SaaS preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder identification and business acumen.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
