Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking devices.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware or software faults.
  • Support LAN/WAN connectivity and ensure smooth network operations.
  • Perform regular system backups and hardware inspections.
  • Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking documentation.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams for hardware or connectivity issues.
  • Learn and implement basic cybersecurity and data protection protocols.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to set up new systems and network devices.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP, routers, switches, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic command-line tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / MCA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of networking tools and configurations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
