Primary Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Perform auditing tasks such as journal entries, voucher verification, and account analysis.
  • Passing Entries in SAP and generating sale invoices
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger functions.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using SAP software.
  • Knowledge of SAP is must for this role across various T-Codes

Other Responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Performing GST Reconciliations with books and 3B, passing entries in books of accounts & filing GST returns
  • Performing TDS payable reconciliations with books, filing quarterly returns
  • Verifying TDS payable calculation as per Income tax act
  • Performing reconciliation of 26 AS with books of accounts
  • Periodical review of books accounts as per accounting rules
  • Monthly verification of salary calculation as per salary master
  • Performing payroll reconciliation of salary paid with books of accounts
  • Verifying compliances of payroll related statutory dues as per law, calculations and timely deposit with government authorities
  • Preparation of Financial Statements as per accounting standards
  • Conducting statutory audits and as per standards of auditing
  • Well versed with tax audits, filing of form 3CD and personal income tax rules
  • Preparation of reports and certificates as and when required
  • Reconciliation of Customer & Vendor Ledgers with external confirmations
  • Co-ordination with clients for audit & accounting tasks
