Product Manager

Job Summary:
Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's medical devices. This role involves market research, branding, lead generation, digital marketing, and coordinating with sales teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the medical device industry, regulatory requirements, and healthcare marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
2. Branding & Product Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for medical devices.
- Work on branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
- Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products.
3. Digital & Content Marketing
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Create and publish content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor digital marketing analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide product training and marketing support to the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and assist in pre-sales activities.
5. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
- Ensure marketing materials comply with medical device industry regulations.
- Work with the regulatory team to maintain accurate product claims in promotional content.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on marketing activities and results.
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights.
