Job Objective: MCC is seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills to craft intuitive digital experiences and compelling visual assets across web, mobile, and print. This role bridges user-centered design with brand storytelling, supporting both product development and marketing initiatives.

UX/UI Design

- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and responsiveness
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component librariesGraphic Design
- Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and presentations
- Design print materials including flyers, brochures, posters, and event collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Support marketing and product teams with creative concepts and execution
- Job Qualifications (What you will bring):

Education Background/ Major

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience (Must)

3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design in the semiconductor industry.

Knowledge (Ideal)

  • UX/UI: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
  • Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Web: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for design handoff
  • Collaboration: , Office365

Abilities/Qualities

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, preferably in semiconductor industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital interfaces and print work
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing

Skills/Certifications

  • Experience working with CRM platforms or SaaS tools
  • Familiarity with motion design or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere)
  • Exposure to AI-driven design tools or LLM-integrated workflows
  • Design certification a plus
