- Job Objective: MCC is seeking a versatile **UI/UX Designer** with strong **graphic design skills** to craft intuitive digital experiences and compelling visual assets across web, mobile, and print. This role bridges user-centered design with brand storytelling, supporting both product development and marketing initiatives.

**UX/UI Design**
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and responsiveness
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries

**Graphic Design**
- Design print materials including flyers, brochures, posters, and event collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Support marketing and product teams with creative concepts and execution

Job Qualifications (What you will bring)**:

- Education Background/ Major
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience (Must)
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge (Ideal)
- UX/UI: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
- Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Web: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for design handoff
- Abilities/Qualities
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital interfaces and print work
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing

Skills/Certifications
- Experience working with CRM platforms or SaaS tools
- Familiarity with motion design or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere)
- Exposure to AI-driven design tools or LLM-integrated workflows
- Design certification a plus
