VMC Programmer for QC Departments

Total Experience - 3-4 Years Offering CTC - 3.5 to 4 LPA

Designation - Jr. Engineer / Engineer

Location - Tech Park Ranu

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for VMC machines
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets
  • Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines
  • Optimize machining processes for cycle time and quality
  • Perform prove-outs and first-piece inspections
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot machining and program-related issues
  • Maintain machine tools and follow preventive maintenance schedules
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and 5S standards
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
  • Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field
  • Proven experience as a VMC Programmer or CNC Programmer
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹400,000.00 per year
