VMC Programmer for QC Departments

Total Experience - 3-4 Years Offering CTC - 3.5 to 4 LPA

Designation - Jr. Engineer / Engineer

Location - Tech Park Ranu

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and edit CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for VMC machines
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines
- Optimize machining processes for cycle time and quality
- Perform prove-outs and first-piece inspections
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.)
- Troubleshoot machining and program-related issues
- Maintain machine tools and follow preventive maintenance schedules
- Adhere to safety, quality, and 5S standards
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
- **Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field**:

- Proven experience as a VMC Programmer or CNC Programmer
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
