We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is eager to build systems from the ground up. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain both frontend applications and backend infrastructure that power our AI-driven video generation and processing pipelines. As an early team member, you will help shape our technology foundation and influence key architectural decisions in a fast-moving, creative, and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement high-performance React applications with efficient rendering for complex, media-heavy UIs.
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure supporting video/audio processing and AI integration.
  • Develop data pipelines for AI model training, inference, and post-processing workflows.
  • Ensure smooth performance, scalability, and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Collaborate with product, AI/ML, and design teams in an agile environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, , or C++, with proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, observability tools, and secure development best practices.
  • Experience with video/audio processing or media-heavy applications is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team.
