Job Description – Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team in Chennai or Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications. You will guide a team of engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining full stack applications.
  • Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6-10 years of full stack development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript, , , and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, high-performing APIs and UIs.
  • Strong database knowledge – SQL, PostgreSQL and NoSQL.
  • Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
