Objective:

To serve as the primary face of The Academic City School for all walk-in parents and students. Responsible for
guiding families during campus visits, conducting campus tours, counselling them effectively, and ensuring strong follow-up for application and admission conversions
.

Key Responsibilities:

Walk-in & Campus Interaction

● Attend and handle all walk-in parents/students during the admission season.

● Conduct structured campus tours, highlighting the school's programs, infrastructure, facilities, and strengths.

● Address all queries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Post Walk-In Follow-Up & Conversions

Post Walk-In Follow-Up & Conversions

● Make
30–40 follow-up calls daily
to all walk-ins/prospective applicants.

● Guide, assist, and
convert walk-ins into applications and confirmed admissions.

● Maintain high-quality follow-up communication to build trust with parents.

● Coordinate documentation and admission formalities for each confirmed student.

Counselling & Engagement

● Provide clear explanations of programs, curriculum, school benefits, and admission process.

● Maintain
empathy, persuasion, and professionalism
in every parent interaction.

● Collect feedback and work towards consistently achieving
90%+ parent satisfaction
.

Coordination & Reporting

● Work closely with the
cross-functional team
for performance reviews.

● Maintain records of walk-ins, follow-ups, applications, and admission status.

● Ensure CRM/Tracking sheets are updated daily.

Qualifications & Skills

● Target-driven with a positive and energetic approach
