Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Business Analyst role based in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize business processes for mobile, web, and gaming applications. Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional requirements, documenting workflows, conducting feasibility studies, and communicating findings with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data trends and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining actionable tasks
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand and improve Business Processes and workflows
  • Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing Business Requirements
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Basic knowledge of mobile, web, or gaming application development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies is desirable
