Role Overview :

As an MLOps Engineer at Interview Kickstart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that support our platform and services.

What will you be doing ?

- Designing, automating, and scaling cloud infrastructure for both web applications (Python/Django + JavaScript/NextJS) and ML pipelines.

- Managing and improving CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and ML workloads.

- Implementing DevSecOps practices : integrating security scans, IAM policies, and compliance automation.

- Building monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.

- Optimizing workloads for cost, reliability, and scalability (across API services, web apps, and ML model serving).

- Handling on-call issues across infrastructure, deployments, and ML pipelines.

- Driving best practices in infrastructure security, cost governance, and reliability engineering.

- Mentoring junior DevSecMLOps engineers and collaborating closely with ML, Dev, and Product teams.
