Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry segments, and target markets.
  • Identify competitors and analyze their offerings and strategies.
  • Assist in framing and executing local sales and promotional strategies.
  • Market & competitors' research
  • Generating leads & Identifying new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and convert / pass them to the sales team.
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Achieving sales targets & negotiating complex deals
  • Monitoring sales performance & analyzing sales statistics
  • Reach out via calls, emails, online market places, linkedIn generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Students pursuing final year / fresh graduates of BBA, MBA, B.Sc / M Sc (Chemistry) with keen interest in Sales & Marketing.
  • 1–3 years of lead generation/inside sales / field sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and online research.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms. Working knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
