ElectroMech is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive with an engineering background (Mechanical or related field) to drive digital and offline marketing initiatives for the crane and material handling industry. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with creative expertise and strong command of modern marketing and content creation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, webinars, and brand initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Produce and coordinate technical and marketing content including brochures, presentations, case studies, website content, social media posts, and emailers for industrial/B2B audiences.
  • Digital Marketing: Support website updates, social media management, email/WhatsApp marketing, and online lead generation.
  • Event Coordination: Organize exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and customer events; manage collateral, logistics, and post-event nurturing.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer segments to inform marketing strategy.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign and lead generation metrics, provide regular reports, and drive data-based improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, engineering, product, and external agency teams to support business goals.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Deploy and manage tools like Lusha, , Sales QL for identifying and nurturing sales leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Engineering degree (Mechanical or related branch, mandatory).
  • Experience: 25 years in marketing, preferably with industrial/B2B exposure.
  • Content Creation: Skilled in developing engaging and technical marketing content.

  • Tool Proficiency:

  • Content creation tools: Canva, Photoshop (or similar).

  • AI-driven content tools: Nano Banana, SORA 2, Kling (well versed).
  • Lead gen/nurturing platforms: Lusha, , Sales QL.

  • Email/WhatsApp marketing platforms.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at translating technical topics for marketing assets.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable adapting to new software/platforms; proactive in exploring the latest marketing technologies.
