Role and Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management Manage onboarding, induction, separation formalities, and documentation. Update and maintain employee records in the company's in-house HRIS. Track probation confirmations, extensions, and contract renewals. 2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support Verify monthly attendance, leaves, and reimbursement submissions through the internal HRIS. Provide accurate payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely processing. Maintain statutory compliance documentation as required. 3. Employee Relations Address employee grievances with confidentiality and professionalism. Act as a communication bridge between employees, managers, and HR leadership. Escalate sensitive matters to the Director – HR and MD when required. 4. Performance Management & HR Reporting Coordinate appraisal cycles and ensure timely data updates in the in-house HRIS. Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for management review. Track employee performance metrics and provide insights. 5. Recruitment Support Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Manage internal referrals, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups. Support both experienced and entry-level hiring. 6. Policy Implementation Ensure employees follow company HR policies, PoSH guidelines, and disciplinary protocols. Conduct policy awareness and communication when necessary. Recommend improvements in HR processes and documentation.

Qualifications
Graduate Degree(s)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
