Job Description:

  1. Assembly of Electrical /Mechanical Components and testing - Responsible for assembly of electrical/Mechanical components for all cranes as per target. Monitor output and take necessary actions to avoid delay at customer end.

  2. Coordination with other Department - Need to coordinate with other department for smooth functioning and alignment including availability of all resources.

3.Managment of Manpower of Assembly Line: Utilization of the resource provided for the electrical and mechanical parts inside Assembly and Paint line efficiently.

  1. Coordination with Global Team - To resolve issues related with the new product, technical issues, customer complaints, SAP as and when required

  2. New supplier development - Responsible for new supplier development of electrical components and cost reduction projects.

  • Coordinate with CC for after sales service.
  • Proactive Approach
  • Good Interaction and rapport with Customers

Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job:

Experience and knowledge of electrical engineering

Working Conditions :

  • Capable for development of new vendors and supplier

Additional Remarks :

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Should have good knowledge of computers - SAP
  • Electrical knowledge on machinery and parts
  • Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written
  • Motivational, positive attitude, customer and results oriented
  • Good team player
