We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Identity and Access Management solutions, streamlining identity lifecycle processes, and ensuring security and compliance across systems and applications.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions including:
    • Lifecycle management
  • Access request workflows
  • Governance features
  • Application onboarding
  • Develop and maintain identity policies, roles, and access certification processes.
  • Integrate IdentityNow with cloud-based applications using connectors and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in IAM environments.
  • Automate identity lifecycle processes using PowerShell or Python to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure IAM implementations are aligned with relevant security frameworks and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze IAM-related security risks and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including runbooks, technical procedures, and system configurations.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Proven expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow – administration, development, and support.
  • Deep understanding of identity and security standards such as RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
  • Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell or Python.
  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud-based authentication methods.
  • Strong experience working with API integrations and RESTful web services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Note: We are specifically looking for experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (cloud version). Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-premise) is different and doesn't fully match our requirements.
