This role involves close collaboration with the Architecture team to ensure solutions are built in alignment with architectural principles. Additionally, the IAM Engineer works closely with the Security team and security architects to ensure all designs comply with security guidelines. Together with internal team members and external partners, the IAM Engineer will contribute to building and delivering solutions fully and on time to drive value for customers.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AD, AAD, Workplace, Azure, and IAM administration, along with in-depth knowledge of AD/AAD.The candidate must also have practical experience in Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing ZPA deployments, troubleshooting access issues, and collaborating with security and network teams to ensure seamless Zero Trust connectivity. Experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and broader Zscaler cloud security solutions is considered a plus.Technical skills desiredExcellent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Azure services.Extensive experience and deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes.Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with Azure AD as a core requirement, familiarity with Process Control is an advantage.Expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting user access and policy enforcement.Proven expertise in implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.Proven ability to operate and maintain Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.Strong collaboration skills to work with IT and security teams on Zero Trust architecture initiatives.Experience in Zscaler solution upgrades, change management, and reporting.Ability to support integration with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) and SaaS applications.Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZPA deployment, policy management, and troubleshooting.Solid understanding of Zero Trust concepts and secure remote access frameworks.Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), cloud proxies, and identity provider integrations (preferred).Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZPA deployment, policy management, and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of Zero Trust concepts and secure remote access frameworks.Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), cloud proxies, and identity provider integrations (preferred).Relevant IAM certifications will be considered a significant asset.Qualifications –Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, AD, AAD administration.3–6 years of experience in network security or cloud security operations.Regards,Team Akzonobel
