Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies for moulds and dies business, focusing on plastic injection molding industry.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production) to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-20 years of experience in sales & marketing of moulds & dies, preferably in the plastic injection molding industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
