कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Job Responsibilities):
ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें बैठाने में सहायता करना।
ऑर्डर सही तरीके से लेना और किचन तक पहुँचाना।
समय पर खाना और पेय सर्व करना।
टेबल की सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।
ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं और शिकायतों का शालीनता से समाधान करना।
बिल तैयार करना और भुगतान प्रक्रिया में सहायता करना।
साफ-सफाई, हाइजीन और सर्विस स्टैंडर्ड्स का ध्यान रखना।
आवश्यक कौशल (Required Skills):
विनम्र और ग्राहक-सेवा का दृष्टिकोण।
टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।
समय का पालन और जिम्मेदारी का भाव।
बेसिक ऑर्डर लेने और कस्टमर डीलिंग स्किल्स।
यदि अंग्रेज़ी या हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में संवाद कर सके तो प्राथमिकता।
योग्यता (Qualification):
न्यूनतम 12वीं पास।
होटल/रेस्टोरेंट में वेटर के रूप में अनुभव वांछनीय।
