Sales Administrator
Experience: 3 to 7 Yrs
Location: Bangalore
Overall Leadership:
- Responsible for assisting in the advancement of company values
Functional:
- Successful Candidates within the Order Management organization will possess characteristics that show:
- The ability to grasp complex sales transactions and understand Sales Force workflow satisfying:
- Document requirements
- Approval requirements
- Customer requirements
- Reporting requirements
- Business requirements
- The capacity to develop and retain knowledge to ensure timely and successful transactions both downstream and upstream
- Exhibit an understanding of policies and processes and yet exercise judgement and flexibility in their implementation to allow for reasonable advancement of business activity without ridged and inflexible approach. Policies and processes are defined to set limits and provide direction rather than rigid and inflexible rules
- Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all transactions
- Communicate key Customer purchase terms and conditions
- Reconcile sales order submissions to provide accurate booking packages
- Assist Sales and OM in resolving discrepancies with booking
- Maintain data integrity in all transactions
