Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to provide safe and timely transportation of personnel, materials, and official documents, while ensuring proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive company staff, visitors, or materials to designated locations.
  • Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition at all times.
  • Follow traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Ensure punctuality and safe transport.
  • Keep accurate records of daily mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Admin/HR team for travel schedules and requirements.
  • Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials when required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Valid [State/Regional] Driving License (LMV/HMV as applicable).
  • Minimum [X] years of driving experience (preferably in corporate/official driving).
  • Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.
