About the Role
We are hiring immediately a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsible for the entire recruitment process, you will collaborate & partner with Business Heads in planning & sourcing the right candidates using multiple sources (social media, portals, offline, etc.). You will create talent pipelines for our immediate & future requirements.
Key Functional Areas / Responsibilities
- This role involves individual contribution & team management by contributing to & managing other recruiters.
- Someone who can work independently & lead from the front by example as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Social media sourcing skills. Knowledge of IT Infra / Technology domain is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Prior experience in hiring senior management / executive-level professionals.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques & evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Proactively plan hiring requirements for each quarter.
- Understanding (create if required) job descriptions for positions.
- Sourcing, screening & shortlisting profiles through various sources like references, social networking sites, databases & job portals.
- Evaluate usage of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and recommend solutions.
- Actively involved in POFU (Post Offer Follow Ups).
- Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports & databases for further assistance.
- Spearhead the company's branding initiatives.
- Be helpful in your approach and form a professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Keep analysing & improving the candidate experience, leading to a higher offer-to-onboarding ratio.
Desired Skills
Great interpersonal & communication skills. An organized, result-oriented individual with an eye for detail & a good understanding of technical requirements for different roles.
Salary
Depends on what you bring to the table (in the range of 15 to 25+ Lacs/annum). Depends entirely on the incumbent. Of course, you will need to link a part of the same to performance (no free lunches remember).
