Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing principles and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Report and document bugs and errors, and collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Perform regression, functional, UI, and unit testing as required.
  • Ensure software quality across different devices and platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
  • Basic understanding of unit testing principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
