About the Role

We are seeking a 
Sales & Business Development Intern
 to assist the senior sales team in 
lead generation, research, and presentation creation
. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in 
agency sales
 (PR, Digital, Advertising, Content).

The role requires strong 
LinkedIn research, Meta research, and community-based research skills
, along with the ability to create visually appealing presentations on 
Canva and PowerPoint
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales executives in preparing 
    sales pitch decks
     using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Use 
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    , Meta platforms, and online communities to identify leads.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
  • Help in preparing client meeting notes, follow-up lists, and email drafts.
  • Support in tracking and organizing sales activities using 
    Google Suite and project management tools
    .
  • Attend client meetings (if required) with senior team members.

Requirements

  • Fresher or final semester student in 
    Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
    .
  • Strong knowledge of 
    LinkedIn, Meta, and community-based research
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in 
    English and Hindi
    .
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Preferably based in or near 
    Gurgaon
    .
  • Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days/week in office).
